Our Commitment & Entrepreneurial Drive
We are doers, thinkers, problem-solvers, and dreamers.
At Integrated Sustainability, our drive, inquisitiveness, and commitment set us apart.
We are first movers – we challenge the status quo and look for new ways to solve problems, all while caring about our environment, our people, and the relationships that we have built.
These are the values that drive us as we help you manage your risks effectively by building more resilient and sustainable infrastructure for the future.
With a focus on the circular economy, we promote sustainable and responsible resource use. This means using fewer resources, significantly decreasing our environmental footprint for carbon, waste, water, and land. Where possible, we look for ways to capture the beneficial reuse of waste.
Our people want to work here because we have fun! As an employee-owned company, this structure fosters an entrepreneurial spirit that empowers our people. We work together to nurture our people's talents, enhance livelihoods, prioritize mental and physical health, and keep our people and our operations safe.
We build lasting relationships with our communities, customers, and partners to address our society's most pressing challenges. Enabling change through bold yet practical solutions, we pull the right team together to make a positive economic, social, and environmental difference.
We build infrastructure and simple technology solutions to tackle the most complex global challenges. We harness knowledge from technology to achieve resiliency, influence change, and create shared values.
Governance & Responsible Business Practices
ESG factors that are material to our business and to the clients that we serve are woven into our business growth strategy, project delivery framework, and responsible business practices.
Strategic Growth Priorities
We understand that we must consider the environmental, social, governance, and economic issues that are most relevant to our business and to the clients that we serve to have the greatest impact. Based on an extensive review of our business and client needs, we have identified 6 material topics that have the greatest impact on our business. Given our position in the value chain of our clients’ sectors, we have an opportunity to make a tremendous contribution in supporting our clients in the energy transition. We take this responsibility seriously.
These 6 material issues identified are the foundation for our six priorities, embedded within our growth strategy’s three themes.
Alignment with SDGs
In 2015, the General Assembly of the United Nations (UN) adopted the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development that includes 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The goals provide a shared blueprint for action on global environmental, social, governance issues.
Integrated Sustainability has been committed to being a sustainability leader both within client projects and its operations for the last decade. Integrated Sustainability has aligned its business strategy with the UN SDGs to reflect our commitment to contributing to a sustainable future for all.
