The Challenge
Integrated Sustainability was retained to confirm the successful operation of the steam generation until at a industrial facility. In conjunction with this the team was tasked with providing continuous support for water treatment and process optimization for the evaporator based treatment facility.
The Result
Integrated Sustainability initiated regular site visits to confirm treatment systems were working effectively, confirm stream compatibility for disposal options, and to provide support during start-up of the pre-treatment system. The team monitored water quality, provided technical recommendations, and verified chemical modeling with field collection data. Finally, Integrated Sustainability was able to provide process optimization for water quality analysis, stream compatibility, disposal recommendations, and de-oiling start up as well as third party analysis of an oil separation system that was not working effectively.
